Management System In Place.

A Brief Description On How We Manage Jobs From Admin To Site Operative.
 
Once you have made contact with our friendly office, the following steps will be done.
 
Enter the necessary details to the system.
Create a Service Incident with all details given by yourself.
Service Incidents will be either made into a Quotation or a Job Sheet.
Once a Job Sheet has been made, a fit date agreed and an operative has been assigned, it will automatically be sent to the operative PDA device.
The operative will add times onsite, before and after pictures, details of work done, materials, tenants/customers 
signatures.
Once complete the Job Sheet is sent back to the office.
If you have access to the online portal you will be able to see all that has been done
